recipe how to make chocolate cupcakes with Orange

Ingredients (makes about 12 cupcakes):
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 25 g of black chocolate
- Orange peel for garnish
For topping:
- 115 grams of black chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons of cream
preparation:
1) Preheat oven to 180 º. We put paper cups for cupcakes at source (we have one we bought at Taste of America and it's going great!).
2) In a bowl, beat the butter (cream type), with the sugar and orange zest until creamy white.
3) Beat eggs slightly and add little by little to the mixture.
4) Sift flour with baking powder and we incorporate (with metal spoon). Add orange juice and grated chocolate previously.
5) We distributed the batter among the molds (remember not fill them completely so that they can "grow" while cooking).
6) We cook in the oven for about 20/30 minutes, or until they rise and observing them are golden. Let cool on a rack.
7) Prepare coverage. Cut the chocolate into pieces and introduce black in an ovenproof bowl with butter. Put the bowl in a pan in a water bath and let stir until chocolate is melted. We incorporate the cream. Once melted, away from the fire and let it cool a bit and get a creamier texture.
8) Using a spoon, put some chocolate on cupcakes. Decorate with strips of orange peel cut thin.
